How the Purchase Process Works

On the Circa website, some of our selection is not available for immediate purchase. Instead, you will be prompted to raise a purchase inquiry, and we’ll get back to you to complete the transaction. This is because, most of the pieces you see on the Circa website are one-of-a-kind and while we typically update our website as soon as a piece is sold, there may be an occasional lag in the process. Hence, as soon as we know you’re interested in buying a piece, we first check its availability. At the same time, we also determine the shipping costs (if additional) and estimated delivery time, based on the shipping address you provide. Within 2 business days of receiving your purchase inquiry, we provide you with all the necessary information, and if you decide to proceed with the purchase, we send you a payment link to complete the transaction.

We ensure our clients are 100% sure of their choices before making a purchase, by speaking to them and providing detailed information about the piece(s). Therefore, we do not accept cancellations once the payment has been made for the piece(s).

We assure you that the piece will look like the pictures and videos shared with you. Since our collection comprises one-of-a-kind pieces, and shipping is complex because the items are fragile or heavy, we do not entertain returns.
However, in the highly unlikely event that an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will make things right by finding an acceptable solution. This may include repair, exchange, or in some cases, return of the product.
We are proud to say that since our inception, we have not had a single client disappointed with their purchase, and have had no requests for return.

If under any circumstances you have been provided with a refund, your payment will be refunded within 30 business days.
