These Heads are from a Processional Chariot and depict Jatayu and Garud: two very important Demi-God Characters from the Ramayana.
Jatayu was a Demi- God who fought with ravana when he was abducting Sita.
Garud is said to have saved Rama and Laxman during the battle with Ravana.
